The client is responsible for providing accurate information and timely feedback. Delays due to the client’s failure to meet these requirements may affect the project timeline.
6. Limitation of Liability
Think Done Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of service.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all fees for completed work are due immediately.
